Working capital
Move one payment date without moving the other.
Pay Later is a credit line you pay vendors from: they get the full invoice on its due date, you repay 30, 45 or 60 days later. Early Pay releases cash to your suppliers sooner, on the terms you already agreed. Same network, opposite directions.
Pay Later
A credit line for paying your vendors. They get the full invoice on the day it is due.
You are approved for a limit. When an invoice comes due you put it on the line instead of your bank account: Payve pays your vendor 100% of the invoice on the due date, and you pick a term, 30, 45 or 60 days, to repay. Each invoice is its own draw with its own fixed fee, and the room comes back on the line as you repay. The vendor never sees the difference, which is the entire point of being reliable to them.
Choose when to repay
Payve pays your vendor the full invoice on its due date, whatever day that is. Your repayment lands 30, 45 or 60 days after that, on the term you pick.
What you pay
From 1.77%for a 30 day term
A flat fee on the amount, for the whole term. Not a monthly rate, so a 60 day term is not double a 30 day one. The rate is set by the capital partner, and Payve adds nothing on top of it.
Charged on a 100% advance. Most working capital products advance 80 to 90% of an invoice and hold the rest back until you repay. Payve pays your vendor the whole invoice on the due date, and the fee is on that full amount, with nothing held back.
Your rate is fixed the moment you take a term, and it is the same number written in your agreement.
Terms and rates are set by the capital partner against your approved limit and can move between batches, so treat this as a floor rather than a quote.
What your network gets
Paid in full on the promised date
100% of the invoice, on the date it is due. Not early, not late, not an advance with a holdback.
Nothing to sign up for
Your vendor is paid the way they always are. Pay Later is your arrangement, not theirs.
A reputation you can spend
A buyer who always pays on time gets first call on supply when it is tight.
Early Pay
Your growers reach the cash sooner. You still pay on your terms.
A supplier who is waiting on a 30 day invoice can take the money on day 1 instead. They choose, invoice by invoice, and they see the exact dollars before they decide. The rate is theirs to pay, out of the payment they take early. Your own date does not change, you repay the invoice face, and you earn a share of the rate for paying on time.
Your supplier reaches the cash on day 1. Your own payment date does not move.
What your supplier pays
From 1.85%for a 30 day invoice
Priced per day, not per month. A shorter invoice costs proportionally less, so the number above is a starting point rather than a flat fee.
Your supplier pays this rate, not you. The fee comes out of the payment they choose to take early. You repay the invoice face on your original date, which is exactly what you already owed.
It costs you nothing to offer, and you earn income on it. Pay on time and you receive a share of the rate back on every invoice your suppliers take early.
- Tier 11.85% over 30 days
- Tier 22.25% over 30 days
- Tier 32.50% over 30 days
Tiers are set by the capital partner against approved credit. The supplier sees the exact dollars before they accept anything, and the binding figures live in the agreement.
What your supplier gets
Paid faster
Cash lands the next business day, not at the end of your terms.
Certainty and visibility
They see the exact dollars first and choose each invoice. Nothing is automatic.
A stronger relationship
Suppliers who can plan their cash take more of your volume, and price it better.
Suppliers enroll at no cost. The invited party never pays to join.
Which one you want depends on whose cash you are trying to move.
Pay Later
Moves your own money later, on a line
- Them
- Your vendor is paid the full invoice on the due date, every time.
- You
- Your cash leaves 30, 45 or 60 days after that, on the term you pick.
Pick this when you want to be reliable to your network and still hold cash.
Early Pay
Moves your supplier's money earlier
- Them
- Your growers reach liquidity without waiting out your terms.
- You
- Your payment date is unchanged, and you earn on invoices taken early.
Pick this when a supplier needs cash sooner than your terms allow.
They are not alternatives. Most buyers run both, on different suppliers, for different reasons, out of the same network.
